King Family Vineyards Wedding – Spring

You say you want
Diamonds on a ring of gold
You say you want
Your story to remain untold
But all the promises we make
From the cradle to the grave
When all I want is you

“All I want is you” U2

Kathryn and Jack,

I am so honored to have met you both, to have learned about you through your friends and family and our engagement session exploration of the VT campus.

A common theme through your cards, vows and your speeches to each other was how long you waited to get married — but I think you did it perfectly. A perfect day, perfect love and perfect moment celebrate all the roads you have been down and all the adventures that await you.

I knew it was going to be a great day when Frank was invited to the card reading. (For those that might not know, Frank is the very best thing on a long list of fabulous things at King Family Vineyard. He is a friendly, happy tabby cat and his presence is a sign of all good things!) It was perfectly fitting since we bonded pretty much immediately through our shared love of fuzzy beings, and I won’t lie that I am pretty smitten by Gus and Olive’s Instagram photos.

So many favorite moments but my favorite favorite was cramming into Karissa’s car and trekking out to enjoy some sunlit portraits in King Family’s gorgeous vines. I loved your Uncle’s roast song and, while I can’t recall the exact lyrics, especially loved the part where he said that Jack may not nay or meow but needed love, too! I can just envision 18 year old Jack trying to compete not only with college but with your life long dream to become a vet.

Your friends and family clearly adore you both and I hope that their love, along with the love that you share with each other, makes every journey you travel more magical and every burden you carry lighter.

I am beyond thrilled to have been there to witness and document your wedding day and I can’t wait to see what fabulous new experiences await you as you embark upon this new adventure! I have only the best and warmest wishes for all the good things this life has to offer — but I am pretty sure you have already found them.

xo,
beth (&beth)
